Science Show
Thu 23 Feb 2017The P6 and P7 classes enjoyed a day out to the Ulster Museum yesterday, where they were able to take part in a Science Show called 'Lotions and Potions.' This was held as part of the Northern Ireland Science Festival, and the children learned about different types of chemicals and the resulting reactions when they are mixed together.

School Meals
Fri 10 Feb 2017Mrs S Bolton, our School Cook, will be off for the next month. This will mean a change to our dinner menu and the preparation of meals. For this period of time the meals will be prepared in Kilkeel Central Kitchen, and will be brought up to school each day to be served by our own staff. As a result there has been a change to the February menu, and the updated version can be viewed in the 'Parents' section of the website. We apologise for any inconvenience, but hope that this will only be a temporary arrangement. -
Champions!
Thu 09 Feb 2017The boys football team have won the Mourne Indoor 5-a-side tournament! They had to beat Grange, Moneydarragh, Killowen, Kilbroney and St Joseph's PS to reach the final, where they then had to play Annalong PS.
We eventually won a very closely fought final by two goals to nil. Congratulations to Ben, Rhys, Matthew, Callum, Jackson, Aaron, Charlie & Luke. Well done to the team on a great achievement!
